Our manufacturing plant is located in outskirts of Jalandhar, with around 100 acres of green belt all around and hence is free from pollution.

Our plant is equipped with all the ultra modern manufacturing facilities and quality control facilities. The standard operating procedures (SOP’s) laid down by our quality assurance department ensures strict adherence to GMP procedures.

Our production department is headed and guided by a very senior doctorate. He works in association with a team of experts of pharmacy graduates.

For manufacturing staff: -

The quality control team assures strict and integrated quality management system. All the manufacturing and quality control processes are recorded and maintained by all the experts, the full record is kept as per requirements of G.M.P. certification.

Highlights of manufacturing facilities: -

• No wood, iron or asbestos components.

• Every machine is compliant to G.M.P. norms.

• Each section has separate AHU's (Air Handling Units), dehumidification units and dust extraction systems.

• Segregation of every critical processing activity in each zone, to avoid any kind of cross contamination.

• Respective zones, areas and even uniforms of different colors to ensure total segregation.

• Each store (Tested/untested Raw material, Finished products and packing material) is Air-conditioned.

• The complex also houses its own R & D facility for in house product development.
